About Me

I design and develop websites, branded graphics, and marketing content for small businesses, nonprofits, and personal brands. My projects include full-stack site builds (Django, Wix, Google Cloud), custom workflows, and branded collateral such as flyers, social graphics, email campaigns, and video edits. I collaborate directly with clients to deliver creative solutions tailored to their audiences, and I track SEO, analytics, and content performance through Metricool to optimize results.

I lead the design and digital strategy for The DoodPack Rescue, a nonprofit dedicated to saving dogs and cats through adoption, foster, and community support. I design and maintain our website (Django, Google Cloud), create branded collateral such as adoption flyers, process guides, and fundraising materials, and manage digital donation workflows via Givebutter. I also work alongside our founder to support social media efforts — helping with graphics, scheduling, and performance tracking to strengthen our outreach. In addition to technical work, I support day-to-day rescue operations and contribute to fostering and care initiatives.

I designed and implemented custom software solutions for clients, using JavaScript to build dynamic forms and streamline workflows tailored to business needs. I automated data integration processes with PowerShell and Task Scheduler, ensuring consistent and efficient data flow between systems. I also developed and optimized SQL stored procedures to support complex operations and improve performance. On average, I delivered 4–7 projects per quarter, collaborating directly with clients to ensure requirements were met on time. In addition, I created clear documentation and technical guides to support future maintenance and team collaboration.

I developed and optimized Informer reports, datasets, and visuals, using JavaScript to create custom report fields tailored to client data needs. I designed and implemented custom software solutions with Envision Basic, improving operational efficiency and addressing unique business requirements. I managed 3–4 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. I also conducted client calls to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure solution effectiveness, while creating detailed documentation to support implementation and future maintenance.

I delivered personalized, project-based coding lessons in one-on-one weekly sessions, tailoring instruction to each student’s unique interests and learning goals. I often designed custom visual assets for student projects — for example, creating or editing characters in Scratch to align with their favorite styles — to make learning both fun and visually engaging. I also produced 30–45 minute tutorial videos demonstrating project development and game creation, enhancing student engagement and independent learning. In addition, I taught programming concepts through Scratch, JavaScript, and Python across 3–5 individual sessions per week, and led workshops for groups of 5–10 students. This role strengthened my ability to break down complex technical concepts while using creative design and content to inspire a passion for coding.

I led a student team providing technical support for a campus of ~2,500 students, faculty, and staff. I delivered both on-campus and remote assistance, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently while managing support tickets through Footprints software. I also worked alongside other team leads to mentor support staff, offering guidance on troubleshooting strategies and best practices. This role strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, while giving me hands-on experience managing IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

I developed a visual progress monitoring feature for medical testing software, improving data visibility and experiment tracking to support decision-making. I used C# and Visual Studio to build and debug functionality while collaborating closely with a senior developer and fellow intern. Together, we implemented Git version control and followed best practices in agile software development. This experience strengthened my technical foundation while reinforcing my ability to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced development team.

I supported multiple branches across Lorain County as a summer teller, assisting 30–50 customers daily with transactions and account needs. I adapted quickly to different teams and branch operations, strengthening my problem-solving and customer service skills. This role taught me to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and a positive customer experience.
